"Traveled about 1/2 hour to pick up items only to find that they had been returned. To be fair, this was a new process for the pick up location where by the merchant uses this location to enable customers to pick up items thereby avoiding shipping charges. Items were returned due to confusion about this new service. It should also be noted that when merchant sent me email confirming purchase was completed, there was no information on when the items would be available for pickup. I questioned this and got a quick response but I had to send email again asking when the pickup location would be open. Note that there was no phone number for the pickup location that I could call and inquire directly. I'm sure they will improve their notification process to include these types of details in due time."
