"I made a warranty claim on a Reese Ball Mount, with a lifetime warranty, that had failed due to a faulty weld, 18 months ago and never received a response other than my claim was submitted. When I recently ran across the original email, I sent another email asking about the status of the claim. I received a response 2 days later as a "CC" on an email requesting another department to look into it. Here we are 1 month later and I have still not received any kind of response. "
