Anyhow, as I finally got my senses back, MATT and crew simply ignored my communication weakness, authorized the return and got my correct bar shipped out! No frustration, no delays in communication, just GREAT customer service, and a professional attitude. A pleasure to do business with this company! "Absolutely amazed at the outstanding integrity of pullRite in backing their product warranty and Via Parts incredibly prompt reply/resolution. Never crossed my mind that the part was under warranty when I ordered my own replacement. After ordering , I later realized it was probably under warranty but wanting further delays and knowing it was my mistake, I was willing to eat the cost. When the part arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong size part. So I emailed Via. They literally called me within 5 minutes of sending the email. I explained the whole situation to them. They immediately shipped the correct part (under warranty) and also arranged for free return shipping of the incorrect part. Only a week later and I have a full refund plus the correct part covered by the warranty. Amazing!!!"
