"The process to order was very confusing and we ordered the wrong part. When we went to return the part we were told that Hellwig would not cover the cost of shipping it back . To ship the item back, less than a 2 hour drive from our home, was going to cost between $100 to $150 dollars. So we are driving there tomorrow to return a part because the web site was confusing and didn't offer enough detail in order for us to order the right part. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!"

"I got wrong information on the www, telling me the lug threads were an abc size, when they weren’t. I ordered Mcgard wheel locks when I received the locks I opened the package and attempted to install, #£*?! Wrong size! Bac to the www found the correct size was xyz, I called customer service, the rep said no problem exchanging. An RGA was issued, brought them back to the store made the exchange my credit was issued a few days later. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of exchange and purchasing experience. "

"Message from parts via said the part was delivered. Went to location parts department and the rest of the Ford dealership had no idea and suggested I'd possibly been scammed. Parts via called and set the straight. I suggested they work with a different vendor for my area."
