"I was on a bike tour this weekend away form home and I had a breakdown and needed parts. I called up Partzilla and they helped me get the right parts and sent them overnight to me. "I paid $19 for a bolt that was too short and did not match the existing bolts . I did not get the shipping costs refunded and paid an additional dollar to send it back. Partzilla return policy is terrible "

"It takes about a week for parts to arrive, which is way too long if you are a business. I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered that was shipped ten days ago......this happens when USPS is used and it's getting worse. Find a better shipping source."
