Website is poorly designed

"There are several annoying things about this site. Mainly the fact that I spent two sessions trying to figure out why I couldn't get the order to submit. Finally, I caught glimpse of the fact that the address hadn't been put in correctly and it was flagging me to fix it. But the several other times I'd look at the page to find errors, it was not easy to see. Very very annoying and made the site quite untrustworthy. I was very concerned I would either get charged multiple times for clicking and reclicking "Submit Order""

"Says order doesn’t exist but I got an email to rate them so I don’t understand. Maybe credit card didn’t work I don’t know but why did I get an email to rate them."
