My first inclination was to order my huge Flat Screen from Adorama, but they won't accept returns for any reason if the TV is over a certain size. To be honest, I was a little concerned at first when reading some of the reviews regarding shipping, etc. You always have to be careful putting too much stock into negative reviews. There isn't a company in the world that doesn't have a bad day or make mistakes, it's how they handle the situation afterwards.
That being said, I went through with the purchase, since the deal could not be beat for my Panasonic plasma. David was my salesman and he handled the transaction flawlessly, and even followed up with me a few weeks after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied.
