Paul's TV also offered a 30 day price match after purchase, so when I called up Omar to tell him I found a cheaper price, he offered me a credit to my account to match the price. What a wonderful experience I had with this company, when you hear so many times about shady companies when buying expensive things off the internet. From the informative ordering process with Seth who explained the different features of the tv that I ordered and any accessories that I might need. Next the delivery service they use was top notch. Always updating the delivery process and calling to set up delivery. The best thing was the 4 hour window they give you for delivery, they came in the first 5 minutes. "Paul's TV is shipping defective product - I received a defect 60" big screen TV after ordering online with Amazon - we immediately contacted Amazon and they "passed the buck" to Paul's TV. Paul TV is very slow to respond, is making us writing long descriptions on the problem, send pictures - if the customer is not happy - take the item back!!!! Apparently Paul has forgotten the basics of retail - "Make the customer happy"!!!

"I ordered my Mitisbuti 92" TV on Jan 8th and it was delivered on Jan 15th. My Paul's rep was David Pelayo. He explained every process of the Paul's experience including billing, shipping, and set up. He answered all questions I had. The price on the TV was far cheaper then any other merchant. The delivery and setup was on time and very efficient. The service warranty was price right as well. My next electronics purchase will be with Paul's.

"Purchased a $2400.00 tv from pauls as a Christmas gift on December 2nd was told I'd have the tv within 10-14days max, 18 days later and hours of waiting on hold and talking to customer service not only had I not received my tv but neither pauls or the shipment company home direct could even find my tv. Finally I was told by pauls tv I could get a full refund. I asked when I could expect my credit card to be credited and was told 5-7 days, well here I am 12 days later with no refund and I now have my credit card company going after them. Please save yourself a headache and do not buy from pauls tv. If you do I hope you have a better experience then I did."
