"This transaction could not have gone any better. I ordered my 60" panasonic on friday night and had it delivered in my house thursday. the price was the best on the web after 3 weeks of searching. others seemed worried about the Home Direct delivery but they were very prompt and courteous with setting up the delivery time and with the delivery itself. I was hesitant on buying such a big tv online but would do this again with Pauls TV. So easy and quick!"

"Waited for 26 days to find out my TV was lost in transit by Home Direct and now we will not have our TV for Christmas. Was told that the useless gift cards have to be returned to get my refund, which is ok with us from the standpoint of returning the cards but not holding up our refund on the TV. Suspect i will have to dispute charge with my cc company before all is all said and done. Buyer beware!!!!!!

"All I can speak to is my own experience, and these people were great to me. I spent quite a bit of time shopping around online for the model of TV I wanted, and I wanted to buy from a company that had some brick-and-mortar locations. Paul's had a very reasonable package (TV with Blu-Ray, etc.) for the model I was looking for. The shipper (NOT Paul's TV) was late in delivering, and did not seem to know the exact status of my shipment. After delivery, we were very happy with the TV, except that it would not connect to a WiFi network. The manufacturer was less than stellar at troubleshooting the problem, and in the end, Paul's replaced my original purchase with a model upgrade at no additional cost to me. What more can a retailer do? I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone, and we plan on staying with them for our future purchases. "

"This company is HORRABLE I ordered a 82 inch T.V. for over $1700 they then claim they lost it in transit. I waitied about 3 weeks for a refund as they claimed the T.V. was on back order. I spoke with a Jodi who was a real jerk and told her I was not waiting any longer for my money back, she said do what you got to do, that was a customer service agents response. So they lose my T.V. and I wait 3 weeks for a refund and they had not even processed it yet I had to call my CC to dispute it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS"

"I purchased a Samsung PN51E7000 after doing some very extensive research on this model. I found Pauls TV to have the best price with No Sales Tax, and or Shipping. The TV arrived as stated in perfect condition and white glove delivery. I wanted to thank Pauls TV for price matching within the 30 Day purchase timeframe. I sent the request, and within 5 minutes a Representative contacted me to inform me that Pauls was honoring the price match. I will for sure be using Pauls TV again and will be referring all my friends and or family to them as well. Way to go, and keep up the great work. "

"STAY AWAY FROM PAULS TV.

Usually I do not write reviews, but in this case I think it is necessary to warn others of this merchant, and the atrocious shipping company they use. I should have researched the merchant better before I ordered from them since it seems that I am not the only person who feels that way. In addition, I have the suspicion that a lot of those positive reviews here are fake. It is just odd to me how they all seem to be so well writen and utilize the same writing style. Anyway, here is my complaint. I ordered a Panasonic Plasma with them which was supposed to be delivered to my house via their supposed white glove delivery service. Unlike many the orders of many others the TV actually arrived on time. My problem is with the person who delivered the TV. First of all they arrived in front of my doorstep at 7am which is fine, but still a little early for my taste. As soon as I opened the door, still grogy from having just woken up after a loong work/school day the day before, the delivery man aggresively shoved some papers in my face to sign. I can't emphasise enough how angry the guy looked, he must have thought I have been going around town telling people his mother was a tramp. Anyway, I signed, which I should not have done, but I was surprised and still very tired. As soon as I signed, he tried to run away. Forgetting that their supposed white glove delivery includes him bringing the TV up to my apartment, taking it out of the packagng,so I could inspect it for damages, and then having him set it up by asembelling the stand and place it o my TV stand. The only thing he did was to bring it up to the room where I wanted the TV. When I asked him to inspect it for damages he told me no, and that I had to do it. Which I did, I by myself took the 50 inch TV out of the box, picked it up and checked for damages. While I did that he quickly diappered into thin air. Something I was at that point actually kinda happy about since he was making me quiet nervous, as if he would lash out against me any second.



I then called Paul's TV to complain and they took down my complaint and assured me it would be addressed. Something that I would have believed if other reviews would not had exposed a pattern in terms of such behavior. In addition I feel that I should have been compensated by a small refund such as 5% cash back or a gift card towards a future purchase, since they failed to live up to their side of our agreement. I purchased this TV thinking I would reveive above average delivery service, instead I received the worst I ever experienced. The next time I pay a little extra and order from Amazon. I will also not recommend this merchant to others.

"Ordered Tv on NOv 18 2012 received tracking information Nov 21 2012. Tv arrived at local warehouse, sat there for 2 days, Got a call for delivery this morning Dec 01 2012, TV was destroyed and local shipping company never said anything. They use Home Direct USA for shipping, I searched online about this shipping company and all i found was bad reviews and same issues I have. Now Have to wait until Pauls TV CS decide whats next on monday Dec 03, 2012. I like the prices and the company but shipping company and time are really bad. Bad first impression."

"I had a great experience purchasing a new Samsung Smart TV from Paul's TV. I called up the store after seeing a great deal online and spoke with Gabriel. He was great with helping me. He answered all my questions and worked to get me the best deal on my TV. He wasn't pushy with sales, but he followed up with me to make sure I had all my questions answered. Once I purchased the TV, the delivery actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they processed my order.

If you are looking for a new TV, give Paul's TV a chance. There deals are great and their customer service is excellent.

"purchased a Panasonic TV from Paul's tv due to their promotion and price, I was debating between Amazon (should have purchase the tv with them) end up purchasing from Pauls tv

I talked to the sale associate named Omar and the transaction was pretty smooth, at first I thought my decision was right by going with Paul's TV, until they ship the tv.

They ship the tv via HomeDirect USA (NEVER SHIP UR TV WITH THIS COMPANY)...they delay the shipping date from 7 days to 2 weeks later, which I'm fine with that since things happen. But on the day of delivery, the delivery man were rough with my tv (shuffling on the ground and dragging it), and they were trying to force me (trick me) to sign the paper which i told they have to deliver the tv into my house and inspect it. so they rolled their eyes and drag my tv into my house and telling me to sign the tv, i insist to open the box to see the tv...they start talking in spanish and open the box for me. they didnt bother to test the tv or let me look around...just keep telling me to sign the paper (was told they have to rush to deliver other stuff)...then i notice a HUGE DENT on the back of tv few mins after they left. I called Pauls and send in the pictures for claim.

Its been over almost 3 days and still no emails from them, and whenever i called to ask my status they just said its under review and i should just wait for it...(i thought the review suppose to take 24-48 hours instead of 3-5 days)..I wish they can make it right, this is my first time purchasing a tv from them and hopefully i should get a response soon.

Also, please avoid talking to their CSR Ann, she was very rude and inpatient to help and answer my questions...very unacceptable

"Paul's TV takes EXCELLENCE to its highest level in all respects from customer service, product knowledge, ease of ordering, best price (and price match guarantee), product quality, superb shipping and delivery services. My first encounter with Paul's TV was my call to Juan who spent the time to educate me on my products of interest (73" Mitsubishi TV, sound system and service plan). His knowledge and suggestions not only saved me money but yielded the results he represented. I had a special situation with a limited delivery window. Juan and Darrin worked diligently to assure delivery in that window (which was a potential challenge because of the interruption in commerce due to Hurricane Sandy). As promised, delivery was right on time. Their delivery service was equally excellent. The deliverer unpacked my TV, helped me set it in place, we hooked up the power, connected it to my satellite box and assured my satisfaction before completing the delivery process. I was so impressed with the whole transaction from my first call to Juan to sitting back and enjoying my new huge screen TV and Samsung HWE550 sound system both with the comfort of a 5-year service plan. I feel like friendships have been created with Juan and Darrin who have made me a "Paul's TV Customer For Life.""
