"Buyers beware of delivery nightmare. In a nutshell, the delivery company is not flexible and the customer service reps at Paul’s TV are totally useless and do not return phone calls as promised. I purchased a TV on line from Paul's TV. The purchase was to include free white glove delivery. I was told by the delivery company they could only schedule my delivery on a weekday between 10am and 2pm. The delivery company would not even offer me an early morning, late afternoon or Saturday delivery. With no flexibility in the delivery schedule I had no choice but to take an entire day off from work. At noon time on the day of the scheduled delivery I called the delivery company only to be told all deliveries had been cancelled because it was snowing. HELLO, I live in New England and yes it does snow the first week in March. It was not a state of emergency and had I not taken a vacation day to accept delivery of my TV I would have gone to work. I called the customer service department at Paul's TV to let them know I had taken a day off from work expecting a delivery, the delivery company cancelled my delivery and they didn’t even have the common courtesy of calling to let me know they would not be coming. Under the circumstances I requested Paul’s TV arrange for a Saturday delivery. When I asked the customer service rep to call me back with a new delivery date she said she would research the issue and get back to me within a few hours. After waiting 4 hours I called customer service at Paul’s TV a second time. This time I was assured someone would get back to me in an hour. After 2 more calls to the customer service department with no return calls I asked to speak with a supervisor on my fifth call. The only option the supervisor was able to give me was to waste another vacation day and reschedule a Monday, Wednesday or Friday delivery between the hours of 10am and 2pm. "

"I was very impressed with the prices and service at Paul's. The price was the lowest I could find. They delivered exactly what they promised without any hidden charges. The only thing they could improve upon is quicker shipping but definitely worth the wait for the price. The TV works great. Thanks!"

"I found Pauls TV while looking online for a big screen for my basement. When I seen their prices I thought they were too good to be true. I continued my search online for a few more hours then ended back to Pauls TV again. I decided to call. I could not believe the service I received from the staff. It was unbelievable. I talked to David Pelayo and he explained everything I wanted to know about all the televisions I asked about. I ended up ordering the 73 inch Mitsubishi DLP 3D smart TV with the stand and 3D glasses plus a 5 year warranty! I bought it for a price that I couldn't get a 55 inch TV at a local appliance dealer. The television was delivered within a few days even though I live a few states away from where Pauls TV is located. The white glove service carried it to my basement, unboxed it and gave me tips and suggestions on how to operate it and because it was below zero degrees. They advised me to let it come to room temp before I turned it on. That was great advise from what everyone says. They were professional and great guys. Now this TV in my basement is huge. The picture is AMAZING. I have 3 LCD televisions and this Mitsubishi DLP puts them to shame. There is not spot in the basement that is not visible to see the TV. My kids play PS3 on it and we love to all watch movies together. This television is the family gathering place for movies and shows just about every night. If you are a movie fan like our family or just like a show like The Walking Dead, this television will impress you all around. Thanks Pauls TV and David, I will be buying again soon. "

"Their complete satisfaction promise is completely deceptive and white-delivery is absolutely sub-standard.
Here is why:
Promise was if TV has any issues even minor within 30 days, PaulsTV will send a replacement, no questions asked.
Reality is: TV came with 2 dead pixels and I can see them from 8 feet away on 65" screen. Contacted PaulTV and they told me that no return for dead pixels, call Panasonic and deal with them. Panasonic is absolutely no help and will take you on a ride around the town that will never end, after 2 hours on the phone, no progress at all. PaulsTV told that Panasonic can wake dead pixels by running some special s/w but Panasonic told me flat out that dead pixels are norm and no such s/w exists. Panasonic told me to put single-color slide on and study. Under magnifying glass I saw that these are not dead pixels but dirt particles on the inside of the glass, which is even worse than dead pixels, you cannot wipe them and speaks to poor quality control at Panasonic. Same slides also has shown to me uniformity problems with screen, vertical bar on the right and DSE.
Promise: White Glove Delivery. Nothing was white-glove about it, Spirit Homedirect delivery crew did not even have booties and Chicago is in the middle of the major snow storm, they left dirty marks all over the floor, refused to take TV out of the box completely or wait for me to turn it on and test it. They opened the box and showed me that glass was not broken and told me that they are done, over the threshold, everything else is not their job. I have shown them the White Glove clause but they just smirked and said this is Silver level, be happy we got it over the threshold. Also added if I really want they can take the TV in a box to the room and make carpets there dirty too.
So tired of lies hidden under pretty deceptive advertising and marketing.

"I found Paul's TV while searching for a Panasonic TC L55E50. The price was below what many were selling for and even some refurbished. Additionally for me, there was no sales tax, no shipping, and at the time there was an additional discount coupon available. Not totally believing the deal, I called the toll free number and spoke to Omar Al-Masri, who satisfied my concerns and we even discussed the warranties available for this purchase. The delivery was made within a week of order. I was called to schedule a time for delivery. The delivery company called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived promptly. They brought the unit inside into the room I asked, allowed me to inspect the packaging, and then assisted with removing the unit from the packaging. All wise good, so I signed for the delivery and then set set the unit up. I have reviewed the TV on Paul's Website for any interested specifically in the unit. As far as Paul's goes, I will order again based on this first time purchase."

"I ordered a Panasonic 50" dosplay from Paul's TV. They gave me a teriffic price on it with no tax and no delivery charge. Communication with Paul's was excellent as they kept me informed as to when the TV would be delivered. It was delivered on time and it was unpacked and set up by the delivery people as well. They also set my my Direct TV remote wo work with the TV and satellite box as well. I was very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely use them again!"

"I ordered one model and 2 days later changed my mind, asked to change model and was taken care of. Then day before it was to be shipped I saw they were going to get the Pan. 65VT50 instock selling at a great price. Well I called again and was allowed to change order, Got white glove shipping to house and followup calls from David Pelayo at Pauls TV. This was way better service than I would have got at any store."

"I am really pleased with my purchase with Pauls TV. I bought a panasonic 60 inch plasma and my family is loving it. We had gone through 2 previous 60 inch leds that had issues with picture quality and audio sync, but this tv is great.

PaulsTV was very accommodating, as they agreed to reduce the price in order to match a similar price offered by another retailer, even though that retailer was offering store credit, paul's just matched their discount as a true discount, rather than store credit, which was great.

The delivery service was good, in that the delivery people actually brought it into the house and took it out of the box, but the service took a few days longer than expected, which was already not a very fast service...but it was included with the tv at no additional cost, so it was obviously worth it.

Overall, I am really pleased with the purchase and would do business with PaulsTV again, assuming their prices are still competitive in the future.

"Stay away from online/mail order Paul's TV! I ordered a 82" Mitsubishi TV bundle which included a stand/3d glasses/wifi adapter. The TV was a good price and is good quality, but the overall experience with Paul's TV has been horrible. I live about four hours from Paul's TV... my total package did not arrive for a month. The tv shipped out the day after my order was placed. I called Paul's after the first week due to not seeing any updates to the tracking information online... The CSR refused to even look at any details of the order and insisted that the delivery policy is 5 to ten business days and that I can return the package for a 15% restocking fee if it takes longer. "All right" I thought, it "should show up any time now, after all I am only 4 hours away". Another week passed and I contacted the shipper, who pointed me to the seller, who pointed me to the shipper, who eventually stated that the package was lost (agents love to pass the buck to another company!). I then contacted Paul's tv again, this time Paul's said they would look into the situation and get a manager involved. The next day I get a call saying that the company located the package and will get it to me ASAP. This is over ten days from the original order. The package then arrived a week later. After the TV was un-boxed, we realized that there was no stand included! There was another small box with my name on the packaging, but some other customer's 3d glasses and wifi adapter inside ( different invoice/stickers inside the box). We contacted Paul's again, The original agent had great empathy, but there was no resolution. Later on they put the blame on HomeDirect, after calling Home Direct, HD put the blame on Paul's! After calling Paul's again and hearing the same story, I got a supervisor involved, they graciously offered to call me back. I received the call back the next day and they stated that they never sent out the stand in the first place and that they would send a stand through UPS due to the nightmarish experience with HomeDirect. I then discovered the next day that the stand was sent out via Home Direct again. Upon calling they stated there is nothing they can do, even though the invoice stated UPS. After calling back later that day to voice my frustrations (tv on the floor in harms way, unacceptable customer service, unacceptable logistics, etc) the CSR said there is no way they can help me any further due to the Stand being FREE! I paid over 300 dollars more for a package that included a stand! How is that free? I couldn't even get the stand refunded so that I could buy a stand locally. After requesting a manager, I was promised a call back once again. Which never happened. And a subsequent promised callback, which never happened. We then waited another week and were lucky enough to receive our stand, total package was complete! only 20 gray hairs later!

In summary
** It took a month to get the ordered package
** Throughout the month long ordeal I was lied to, I was told they had no idea where the package was, I was transferred around to unnecessary departments, and referred to the other party involved *either Paul's to Home Direct or vice-verse*
** There is no empathy to our situation and limited action to help make it right, even though the stated delivery time frame was within 5 to 10 days
** The package not only took a ridiculous amount of time (three weeks to the same state), logistics are so horrible
I received another customer's merchandise (I wonder who received my package and my information in their order? I hope it was not a psychopath!)
** If this incompetence bothers you, you are hit with a 15% restocking fee if returned.



If you don't mind poor customer service and a month's long wait, then this company may be a great deal for you, as they have good prices. In my case I regret ever dealing with this company. It is sad to be involved with such poor customer service and poor logistics, the frustration and stress involved regarding to not knowing where your 2,300$ package is and consistently reaching out and not getting an answer is just not acceptable. Throw on some more perks like incomplete packages and receiving other people's information/packaging.... I'm sure you can imagine the stress involved!

Buyers beware.

**Update** I have been contacted by the E commerce team manager, Daren. He was very concerned and apologized for the experience. He was able to help remedy the situation and it is obvious that this company is trying to better themselves. I would recommend to give Paul's a try, just don't forget to always maintain 100% accountability for ANY business, and to also praise them when they do well. Thank you Paul's for reaching out and trying to make things right.

"This was the first time I had ever dealt with Paul's TV and it definitely will not be the last. Jarad was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came time for me to pull the trigger on a SamsungUN65ES8000. This was a very big purchase for me and almost made a grave mistake and purchased it from Alltimetvs. There is almost always a reason behind "ultra low pricing", if it seems to good to be true it probably is. Buyer beware do your research extensively, Samsung will not warranty your TV unless it is from an authorized Samsung dealer. So even though some of those other companies say it comes with the 1 year factory warranty, it doesn't and that info is directy from a call made to Samsung by me. Paul's TV truly cares about their customers and you will know this once you speak with them, very professional, and never pushy. Free white glove delivery and a price that no one can beat. I will keep you posted once I receive my television."

"BE A SMART, SAVVY SHOPPER
Like many of you, I like to shop around, compare models, trying to make sense of the new technologies, explore different options and compare prices. I have been shopping to get a descent flat screen TV for almost a year. I read on AVS forum of a great price Paul’s TV was having on the TCP55VT50 plasma TV. I checked out their website and saw this TV priced $400 more. I called Paul’s TV and spoke to Albert Jun, Sales Consultant. He was happy to look up the model for me and told me to my disbelief that they were running a special and offered me for $400 less than what I see online, no tax, even though I live in CA, free shipping and white glove service. It would take 7-10 for delivery. This would make my purchase $7 more than the lowest price (delivered) I could find on the internet through a non-authorized dealer. He promised me I will get the lowest price offered by an authorized dealer and comes with a 30 day price match guarantee. Albert was very helpful, courteous and answered all my questions with ease. He is consummate professional. He made me feel comfortable to place the order through him. I also ended up buying a Denon Receiver for which he offered a 20% discount, no tax and free shipping. It was a great deal I could not pass.
I received my order exactly 7 days later. The delivery was as promised with white glove service. Two days later I saw their advertisement in the local newspaper for a Panasonic Blue Ray player for almost 50% of the cost at retail. I called Albert Jun to get this deal. He checked my order and then checked with his supervisor and informed me that it is an in-store special, making it $20 more than their online special. He noticed that they had a special on the TV I had purchased with $500 off making it $100 in additional savings. He proceeded to get me the $100 credit. I plan to go to their local store tomorrow to purchase this Blue Ray Player.
Great price, great service and most importantly great knowledgeable people - They make you feel like a King which makes Paul’s TV the Great King of TV.

"I bought a 70" sharp Aquos from Pauls TV. The sales end of it was fabulous. I feel they gave me a great deal and the salesmen were friendly. Everything after that was a complete disaster. It took forever to get the installers to call. The store wasn't very helpful. Then, when the installers showed up they had a chip on their shoulders, as if I was really putting them out! They were supposed to haul away our old tv, but i couldnt get anyone to come back out. I honestly don't think I would buy anything from them again. The store and the installers are different companies and the communication between them is terrible. When all was said and done, our tv had to be replaced because it would inexplicably turn off! They did replace it, and I hope that I never have to deal with them again!"
