"I chatted with Jackson as I made my reservations and he was terrific, very responsive and quickly helped me resolve my questions. I stumbled on the site when I was googling a company/service that could accommodate the date I was looking to go. all the other sites, including Viator showed September 25th as unavailable. You guys were not only able to clear it for me but get me a private tour and a very reasonable price compared to what I was seeing online. Thanks again. I will definitely use your service again. "There was a delay between when I ordered the tickets and actually received the confirmation understandably since the tickets were for an overseas event. But while I was waiting Peek let me know that they were working on the order and that my charge card would not be charged until the order had been confirmed. I found that to be very reassuring. The confirmation came in the day after I ordered the tickets along with instructions where to attend the event, the timeline that I had to meet in order to cancel(if need be), and e-mail address and phone numbers if I needed further info...A very professional and completely clear way of doing business...I really appreciate being treated so well! I'm expecting the tour to be just as professionally handled...Thanks"

"I selected a tour that was available on your web site to later learn that tours weren't offered that day due to a holiday. Why list something on your web site and have me register with credit card information when the date isn't even available? It was a waste of my time."

"The order process was OK but just because you order it doesn't mean it is available. The one I wanted was sold out.
Then the process for signing in ... did not work. I tried changing my password... etc.
I would not use this service again because their systems didn't work. "
