"Ordered 2 Pairs of shoes, poor quality and fit, returned both for a refund. 6 months of emails, lies and non existent customer service, they are horrible! Basically they got both pairs of shoes back and my money, in my book I call that theft. I wouldn't trust any of these positive reviews as they are probably their own employees writing them! I say don't waste your time or money dealing with these scum sucking thieves!! Buyer beware!!! This is for sure a bad decision if you choose to buy from this company unless you want subpar shoes you can't return because if you do they'll just screw you over just like they did me and keep your returned shoes and your money! I was a die-hard fan until now when I wasn't even offed a pair of boots at a lower price just the number to the shoes manufacture who told me the store should be responible for defective shoes.

When I buy shoes I take care of them by keeping them in their original box I only worey boots about 5 times and they looked as good as they did on the day I bought them

"In December almost a year ago I ordered these shoes for my husband, they were too small, I returned them and didn't follow up to make sure I got my refund.Now, 10 months later I have just realized they claim they couldn't accept the return because it was not in the original box, although I sent everything back as I received it. "I received the shoes I ordered and did not try them on immediately. When I tried the show I realized the shoe did not provide the support I needed. My return request was denied because I was 2 weeks after their 30 time frame for returns. I asked if I could exchange the shoes, for a pair of equal or greater value, that would give the support I need. That request was also denied. I assured them the shoes had never been worn outside.
I will never order from this company again as they did not offer any alternative to the problem. "
"I bought a pair of Clark's sandals from Peltz Shoes on Amazon, when the package arrived it was the wrong shoes, the shoes were so different you would have to be an idiot to mix it up. I contacted Amazon who contacted them they sent me an email saying to use their shipping label which I did. They received the shoes a few days later which was confirmed when I called to check on the status of my refund, they said my money would be back on my card in about a week.... Two weeks + went by no refund by then my credit card bill is due so I paid it. Tried calling them the call conveniently keeps dropping.... Still no refund..... I would even have accepted a replacement shoe but they say they don't switch products.... DUMB!..... To resolve this I had to call Amazon unfortunately all they could do was give me a gift card for the $54 to shop on their site..... What choice did I have but to take it.... I am sooooo upset. No shoes to wear to my event and a month running after a refund I technically never got..... It amazes me it took only SECONDS to charge my card but they don't want to refund when they mess up"

"I ordered a pair of white sandals for a cruise. I had never ordered from Peltz, but they carried the shoes I wanted. It's hard finding sandals in the middle of winter. I was pressed for time, paid for 3 day shipping and requested the order be cancelled if they couldn't reach me in time. I never could get any information through the website to check on my order even though I had set up an account. After reading all the negative reviews I figured I would be going on the cruise without the shoes. Lo and behold! They arrived the day before we left! They were the correct shoes in the correct size and color! I was extremely pleased! I would give them five stars except for their very frustrating website. Thanks, Peltz! The shoes fit perfectly and definitely were a great addition to my cruise wardrobe!"
"I received defective shoes, marked irregular. The Amazon advertisement did not mention that the shoes were irregulars. Although responsive to my email communication, I couldn’t seem to get a straight answer at first regarding whether my original shipping cost would be refunded. When I called to inquire, a manager named Emily was rather rude to me and hung up on me twice. I sent the shoes back using the label provided by email and within a few days I received a refund for my purchase price only. I called and spoke to someone who abruptly said he would put an adjustment into the system to initiate the payment for the original shipping. Before I could say anything else, he hung up on me also. Instead of placing a second order, which was initially my intention, I bought the shoes elsewhere in nearly the same color for $5 more. I was not about to give Peltz Shoes any business after being treated the way I was. I did not mind paying more, especially since that seller responded to my inquiry in less than an hour and took time to take additional photos in different light. Peltz could take a customer service lesson from her!"
