"I purchased a pair of Pamela sandals after seeing someone wearing them. Even though I ordered them in April, I haven't worn them much. I noticed that the inside sole at the front of the shoe had worn through the stitching. I called and explained the problem and that I had not worn the sandal much, that I had taken pictures and would be happy to forward them. Their bottom line was that it was 120 days and that they only take returns within 90 days. I tried to explain that I would have thought the 90 day limit was for returns, not for defective items. The girl and her supervisor were rude, even though I said I would post this report. The supervisor just laughed at me and told me to have a nice day. Too bad because I loved the sandals, but the sole was defective and Peltz doesn't seem to care about its reputation."

If you ever wanted to know HOW Miserable an on-line shoe returns shopping POLICY could possibly go wrong, go ahead and make a 3rd party order through eBay or Amazon... or their own Peltz.com on-line website. Factory irregular models. No exchanges. No partial refunds on the promised "reduced return shipping". The most difficult returns policy, the Customer isn't always right - No solutions are offered or remedied, PELTZ must not want return customer loyalty.

"I have placed several orders online and shopped in their stores. I attempted to place an order online today- it kept telling me my billing address was incorrect although I was charged 5 times on my bank account - never received a confirmation. If my billing address was wrong how were they able to get 5 authorizations from my bank. I was able to place an order with another company with the same billing information and will have the shoes in a few days. Their customer service is rude and not willing to help at all - will never attempt to place another order or grace the door of their store. "

When I opened the box, first thing I see is a white thread about an inch long hanging loose from where it should have been finished. And the top of the other shoe had three blemishes. How could someone put these in a box looking like this? Obviously, they're selling seconds and they don't care. I won't re-order from them. "

" There are much better online shoe companies than Peltz shoes when you factor in customer service whose motto appears to be that the customer is always wrong. The prices and selection may be competitive , but beware of the shipping charges ( both to and from the customer) and restrictive return policies. No exchanges - just returns so you end up paying shipping charges on each order. And Peltz requires the returned item(s) to arrive back to them by 30 days of the order date (not their shipping date) , but are very slow to refund the money. I waited over 30 days and finally contacted my credit card which refunded the money within 24 hours. "
"Very disappointed. Site leads you to believe free shipping , only on shipment to you. Returns you are charged for shipping so buying clearanceshoes can cost you money to return shoes. Spent $100.00 and cannot wear 1 pair. Shoes are irregular. Customer service no help. You get what you pay for. Worst ever! "
"I spent sometime on the internet search for a pair of Ecco shoes I wanted but that had been discontinued. Peltz Shoes showed that they not only had them in my size but they were offering them at a great price, plus a very reasonable shipping charge. Despite the many negative reviews I decided to take a chance with them. I was not sorry, they shipped the correct shoes promptly and I am very well satisfied.

Was told that I sent the wrong shoe back. Was hung up on, called back and was told by the manager not to call again. They have the shoes and My Money plus the postage. "Called Peltz to order a pair of shoes over the phone and got transferred twice, disconnected and had to call back. Once I got someone was told I could NOT use my coupon and Perk Rewards at the same time online but could if I went to the store. WHAT????? I was trying to order online for a reason. "I purchased 2 pair of shoes from Peltz shoes on line. Unfortunately the shoes were too large, and had to be returned. I live overseas and it is difficult to get to the US post office, which is 2 1/2 hours away. Due to long shipping times, and distance, so it took a few months for my return to arrive. When they did get back to the company, I was notified that the shoes were "too old" to be returned. And they do NOT offer store credit. Their only option was to mail back to me the shoes that did not fit. Had they offered an in-store credit option, I would have been happy to select something else. This complete lack of customer and common sense tells me that I DO NOT ever plan to order from this company again. "

"The store is as bad as the online reviews. Last December I had bought two pairs of shoes including 3 other items worth over $65 I used my coupon to receive $10 off. I looked at the receipt when I returned home and received 10% off; when I called Peltz store, the clerk said it was 10% off and not $10 off. I was adamant that I read $10.00 off and he argued I was wrong! Really? I am never buying from these clowns again! I hope their store shuts down/goes out of business!! Karma is a ---"
"I would never purchase shoes from Peltz again. I bought shoes through Amazon and they sent me two right feet and two wrong sizes. I sent them back after being told I would receive a credit and have yet to receive my credit. I have had very unprofessional emails sent to me telling me that my refund is denied,then after sending a not very nice email back I received a call from an individual from Peltz telling me that I would receive a refund. Two weeks later I still have not received a refund. I then sent another email asking when I would receive my refund,and received a very unprofessional response. Not only have I not received my refund ,they still have my returned shoes. I will NEVER buy from Peltz again nor should Amazon have them represented on there web site. There are way too many other professional and responsible companies to buy shoes from. "
