"I agree with what others have said. I bought a pair of defective sandals from them via Amazon. they refused to pay for my shipping label. I did not understand the rules and regs when amazon said I was under the A to Z guarantee and they credited my account. Instantly Peltz shoes sent me the free label saying they would credit my account. They are Thieves, Crooked people, they got their sandals back only to send out to some other poor sucker like me. Amazon is the one who refunded my money giving me a credit towards my next purchase. Peltz got their sandals back plus kept my $. Do not purchase from these thieving crooked online sales people."

"The WORST company I have ever dealt with. They send order with UPS and UPS says "delivered" but it is delivered to the post office! The post office lost them. they said they would refund as soon as the sandals were found but I could not find them. When is it my job to find them? Every week they said they will follow up with post office but they never did, they just apologized. My credit card refunded my money. Do not do business with this idiots because if something goes wrong you are stuck and out the money."

"BUYER BEWARE OF THE SELLER! I ordered a pair of sneakers on Amazon from Peltz Shoes. The seller sent me a totally wrong size and refused to cover return shipping, restocking fee is pending. They claim I ordered the wrong size and that they don't carry the size I need. 2 days later they repost the very size that they claim they don't carry. Amazon A-Z policy didn't help, despite their policy, which states that products MATERIALLY different from the order get 100% covered. How is one-third of the size I need not materially different?"

"Do not buy with this company, worst Customer Service ever. This is by phone and by email. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my kids one was out of stock. They never notified me of this and I was still charged. I've been going back and forth and still they have not refunded me for the out of stock shoes. There are so many better companies out there try to avoid this one if you can!"

"Never had a worse experience with an online company (I buy EVERYTHING online). I bought a WOMENS shoe, and they sent a MENS shoe size. There is no womens/mens size selection so the title alone would imply the shoe was only sold in WOMENS sizes. I wanted to do an exchange (up to now, no big deal... a little upset, but hey it happens). Well, they only recieve calls from 10-5, and the call goes through only once out of 300 calls. After several hours of calling and multiple emails etc. I finally got a response for my issue. The reply was "No exchanges". Then I was informed they won't pay for the shipping for me to get a refund. What a rip off. This site is terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will steal your money as others have already said. THIS IS A SCAM."

"There's nothing to really distinguish this vendor from their competitors. Their prices are not particularly good. Neither is their website. They had what I wanted when I couldn't find it anywhere else. That was enough for me to do business with them. Given a choice, I'd prefer to buy elsewhere."
