My last order was a little slow but that was only due to the holiday season, as usual it was shipped as a gift (From USA to Canada) so I got the package hassle free with no brokerage fees. I would like to point out the insane amount of great parts they stock and the fact that the site is updated regularly to reflect that. Also, if you have an inquiry they are on the ball and usually you will have a response within a few hours. NCIX (my regular POP) is just across the water from me and they always show items in stock until you complete your order, then you get the bad news that the parts are back ordered AFTER your credit card is charged. I have definitely found my new MAIN parts supplier. "The website is a well put together site with a huge amount of selection. The staff and support however are more of a joke, I received a defective product which i understand happens. I could not reach anyone on the phone who could help me leaving my name and phone number multiple times with no reply. My emails were responded with pre-wrote responses. I sent pictures and said they couldnt be larger then 500k. My free email can handle this and theirs cant?? No one was willing to help me at all. I will say shipping was fast and nice but what does that matter when no one is backing the product. I took a gamble using them, a gamble i lost. Should have just stayed with who i usually use.

UPDATE: I have changed review to neutral after recent contact with them. I will give them ONE more shot. But if you do run into an issue be sure to post it here cause they will respond to it."

"Date ordered 06-07-2007 I ordered a Black Ice® GTX Gen Two Xtreme for $99.00 and then send me out a $40.00 radiator instead. Problems is I was new to water cooling and the box that it was shipped in had no information on it saying what it was. I understand mistakes happen and I used the radiator for the past 2 years with no problem. They are usually better at catching stuff like this. I have purchased over $2000 threw this company and you can TRUST them 100% all I can say is check your stuff making sure what you got is what you paid for.
