Very very quick!

"Quick delivery and very happy with my purchase. The color of the Alaia perfume was darker than my original bottle but after some research I learned the different colors are due to oxidation of the perfume which is fine with me still smells great! I will be buying again for sure! Thank you"

"I was interested in a scent that is hard to find. I requested that Perfume.com contact me when the fragrance was back in stock. They sent me an e-mail, I ordered it and it was shipped (free!) the very next day and arrived within a couple of days. The price was excellent even though the fragrance is hard to get. I appreciate you all for making my experience a great one! This is great company!"

Great service, just the products I wanted, and excellent price!

"I use an inexpensive fragrance for daily use, Coty's Exclaimaion. The weekends and date night, I use Elizabeth Arden Red Door. I ordered these last week and received them a matter of a few days. They are exactly the product that I wanted. The prices were phenomenal and the quantities were great. I would highly recommend perfume.com on the basis of my experience!.. Ha! Not legit fragrances!

"The only good thing about my experience is that my package arrived quickly. And...that’s where it ends. I’ve been wearing my favorite perfume for over 10 years now. I KNOW what it smells like, how long it last...and everything in between. This company is trying to pass off this watered down junk I just received as the legit perfume?! I’m out $30 but at least I know...just buy my perfume directly from the company or Macy’s. Learned the hard way that ya just can’t cheap out on some things. I just hope anyone deciding to order from this company REALLY takes a good read of these reviews. I didn’t and wish I had. Hope I can save someone the hassle and their money. "

Horrible Customer Service

"I placed two orders the same day. I received the first one 2 days later. But one week later I still hadn't received the second order. Confirmation emails of my orders mentioned that an email would be sent with a track-number when shipping. But no such email was ever sent to me, not even for the 1st order. One week later, I sent 2 emails to ****@**** to let the company know I had not received the second order. But both emails were left unanswered. So today, I finally called the 800-number, and the person on the phone claimed they had received no email from me, and that my second order had not yet been dispatched, likely to be sent during the day. Why the delay? No explanation. An email from their part to let me know about the delay would have been nice so that I knew I was not being forgotten, or worse, scammed. But since I had placed two orders the same day, I will assume that my second order was ignored for not being read probably thinking it was a duplicate of the first. Anyway, the person on the phone never apologized and instead attempted to transfer the fault onto me assuming I had used an email box that did not correspond to the email address I had registered with them. What kind of nonsense explanation is that?"
