"I just received a bottle of Obsession from this company thru AmaZon.com , opened it and it is not the same product you buy from a retail store. The scent is not the same and doesn't last more than a minute or two. Then I go to their website to return it and they say they don't allow returns if you open the box. How are you to tell if it is a real product if you don't open the box ? This company is a s ham and I will be reporting them to AmaZon.com and also the postmaster general for fraud thru the mail. I am not going to stand for being ripped off without this company having to answer for it.

"So I seen this site and said wow the prices are pretty good. So I told some people about it and we made an order for some expensive cologne around $350. I made two separate orders for the same amount to avoid import fees. The order went through and the bank says it went through. A couple of days go by and I wanted to track the order and on the site it says both orders were cancelled. I called them during business hours and it was closed. I call first thing in the morning next day and I get a hold of someone. They told me my order got cancelled because they didn't receive the money. I told them bank statement says it went through. The said the bank never sent them the money. I called the bank and they told me they are a scam and they did send the money to them and will be opening up a fraud case. Don't buy from this site or any other site with cheap discounts. Pay the full price and get the actual authentic product. That is the only way I will do it from now on. "
"Ordered a perfume. It reached in 2 days as they said. The package and the bottle were in good conditions.
I felt I should write something here since I saw all those bad reviews after I put my order and I was devastated but it ended up well.

"I placed an order and never receive my 4 bottles of Perfume. I called in and spoke with the worst customer service Reps ever who stated they must have gotten lost in the mail, seriously! They stated they were going to reship again express so i could get in two days. I receive a email 20 mins. later stating that one of the perfume they no longer have in stock, are you kidding me right now! Hector stated we can do two thing s refund you for the bottle of perfume or refund all your money. I told him, you are not doing anything for me because I paid for this order and common sense would tell you to refund my money for the item. Asked to speak with supervisor but that wasn't possible because they do not take phone calls. that is so crazy to me that a supervisor will not come to the phone to assist a customer. I will never tell a friend or an enemy about this company, THEY ARE TRULY THE WORST EVER!!!!!!"
"I came across this site "Perfume.com" and was inticed by their promise of service and quality so I ordered perfume from them,first time it came as ordered second time they sent the wrong Perfume and I thought I had made the mistake when ordering, should have known what was coming just then but i made another order and roll till now they have my money and nothing has been delivered it's now a year.When I email them their machines respond with ticket numbers assuring me that they look into my email but nothing ever comes of it.STAY away from this company or you'll lose your money."

"This is the worst online company that I have ever experienced. They make all these claims that they are number one and have great customer service, it's all a lie.
Long story short, I spent time over the course of 3 months ordering a perfume. In the end I have no perfume and I just finally got a refund 3 months after the fact. They sent me the wrong perfume two times in a row. What is worse, each time I had to deal with their mistakes, I had to deal with robots. No actual people can help you. If you call customer service they tell you to send an email. And, obviously, their process is very slow. 3 months of my time that I will never get back!"

"This company is horrible. I placed an order then realized that i made a mistake on the billing address. I sent a email LITERALLY NOT even 30 mins later asking for someone to contact me back and of course no one did. Every time i called their message said that they are unavailable even during business hours. I left a message for then to call me. A day later i get a call from a guy that couldn't get his story straight. He stated that the order had been shipped and that i need to get my **** together.at that point i requested that they refund the amount he proceeded top laugh at me. Company is a total joke and is a scam DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY horrible Customer service."
"My experience with Perfume.com was absolutely perfect. I placed an order, and it was shipped via USPS Priority 2-day, I received it 2 business days later; it was well-packed and the item was still sealed. And the prices are really competitive.

"I'm not sure why others are having issues with this company. I've ordered from them several times and have never had an issue. Just this week, I ordered a 3.4oz Eternity and a 4.2oz Joop. Ordered on Wednesday, 11/17 and it was delivered on Friday, 11/19. Absolutely perfect as always."

"I won't say this company is a scam, but there are definitely some issues. I've called twice during normal business hours and the recording comes on and states the business is currently closed. Then they say what their business hours are, 9a.m. to 5p.m. eastern time but THEY ARE CLOSED and not taking orders. They also say they will call you back the next business day. They didn't respond to two different messages I left. If I operated my business in that fashion, obviously I would not have a successful business. Do not use this company!"
