Cheaper prices for perfume than department stores

"I have ordered 3 times from Perfume.com and had great experiences with them each time. 2X times I ordered Cashmere Mist (for a relative) and got them a great price that was way cheaper if I were went to a department store.

They also sell a perfume that has been discontinued in regular stores/department stores.

Don't Shop Here

"This is by far the worst online seller I have encountered.. They are incompetent , unprofessional and fraudulent.. Orders do not come and often the order is not the item that was purchased.. I bought perfume which came in two different looking bottles. They sent the one that was not the online picure ordered.. There needs to be a warning for those buyers who are unaware of the seller's very bad reviews.."

Virtually Perfect!

"I recently placed my first order with perfume.com and I can't say enough good about them. Their website is user-friendly, easy to navigate. Their selection and prices are great and I love the free shipping ... on orders and on authorized returns. My order was shipped within 24 hours, was delivered within two-three business days thereafter, and was exactly what I had ordered. The only problem was one of the two bottles was missing a good amount of fragrance ... which wasn't the fault of perfume.com because the box was factory-sealed with cellophane so they didn't ship me a partially used product and there was no leakage due to poor packaging. Obviously, the bottle wasn't filled by the manufacturer. I emailed perfume.com for return authorization and they responded within a few hours. Each time I emailed them thereafter re: this return, their response time was equally as speedy as the first time. Their response included a printable postage-free, pre-addressed return label and complete return instructions. All I had to do was box it up and toss it into the nearest mail box. When they received the return, they immediately notified me via email and the credit due me was posted to my credit card within a week. You can't ask for better all-around service than this. This is a great company to do business with and they're my go-to company for all my fragrance orders going forward. Kudos to whoever runs this company and to all the employees ... they should go out and teach some of the other companies I've dealt with how a company should be run."

" If you try to contact them with an issue you will not be able to reach them. You cannot reach them by phone. ... try the number before you order and you will see what I mean. I placed an order and I was unable to track it . when I put in my order number in to track it, it showed I had no orders for the last 30 days. Even though I have an order number and Pay Pal has already taken money out of my account and sent it to them"

Scammer,thief website

"Im from malaysia..this website is totally scammer..they automatically take money from my bank eventhough i cancel my order..thet say its pre auth transaction and will be given back after several days if my purchase not successfull..after almost 2 weeks the money never credited back to my account..ill try cntc my bank they say the money will not credited back cause perfume.com already taken it..plus they charged me more that the perfume that i choose cost..luckily i had a limit for a day for on9 trsaction..the next day they try to charged as i get noticed from my me but i already deactivated my oversea trsaction so they cant continue steal my money"

The Aroma doesn't last long.

"I spent over $300.00 on named brands, like Jimmy Choo, Light Blue and etc. The Aroma doesn't last long at all, but the bottle looks authentic, but the contents speaks otherwise.

I'm not sure if this is the real deal.

Satisfied and Happy

"This was my first time ordering from perfume.com and my experience was great. I ordered Not A Perfume By Juliette has a gun (which is normally $130.00 elsewhere and I paid $86.00) . I received it in three business days and it was authentic and exactly what I ordered. I'm unsure what happened with all these horrible reviews but I will definitely order from this site again and again."

STAY AWAY

"They cancel orders quickly while tying up your money...they give an excuse (your information can't be verified). After calling the bank, they said no such activation code exists and because you used a debit card, the money has been made available. I tried again just to see if I could get the same response...a different card number and a different email address. Same issue...All because I had my order going to a different address than the billing address. This time I was told I was asked to send them proof of my identification along with the credit card used. I emailed my license and the actual credit card..but my order was canceled without any regard...hummm..I've contacted the BBB because now this is a privacy issue!!"

Useless customer service team

"Though my order was sent and received by the courier (DPD) in UK, (don’t ever use them if you want anything to arrive!!) the courier lost my order!!
I have sent about 25 emails to DPD about it, and they have confirmed the order is “missing” but there’s nothing more I can do as the contract is between perfume.com and DPD!! I got an email stating this and that I should ask perfume.com to contact DPD and arrange a search for my parcel.
So I contacted perfume.com and forwarded the email to them, and I get a reply from Michael saying that’s it’s probably delayed at the airport in customs!! And that I should wait longer!! What part of the DPD email did he not understand, saying that they have lost it and that perfume.com need to deal with them direct! Aaaargggghhhhhhhhhhh! NEVER buy from this company if you want “customer service”!!

Shady business practices

"I ordered 3 items and returned all 3, hubby didn't like them. I received a partial refund of $52.42, original order total was $74.13. I asked why only a partial refund and was told, after numerous back & forth emails, that they only received 2 items. The original package was used for the return, using an emailed return label, packed securely and taken to the Post Office on January 24th. So someone in the return department took the other bottle of men's cologne and I'm out an extra $21.71. What's worse is it's my word against theirs. It's such a frustrating experience!!!"

"I never wasted my money in a perfume so horrible and worthless as FIERCE. It is a cheap cologne that you can buy in your corner pharmacy or it is a fake sold by Perfume.com. Terrible !!!!!"
