"Received an opened box, which was resealed with scotch tape. When I emailed customer service they told me it had been opened to "get a code". No manufacturer places any necessary code on the inside of a sealed product. It's an insulting lie told to cover up the fact that they tamper with the perfumes they sell. Buy elsewhere unless you want to spend a lot of money on diluted perfumes of dubious origin."
"After I placed an order they sent me an e-mail saying "Please contact us to verify shipping information". I've been calling them for several days, but no one picked up the phone. Then my order got cancelled."
"Just after I purchased my order, I realized that I had ordered the EDT instead of the EDP. When I called to cancel my order (literally one minute after the order was made), I was told that my order would be cancelled. About 10 minutes later I received a phone call saying that my order could not be cancelled because it was already processed and shipped-understand that this was already at 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time! When I spoke with the customer service manager, she proceeded to inform me that I would need to wait at home for my package in order to turn it away, at which point it would be sent back and I would be granted a refund.
When I insisted that there was no way the order could have already been processed and shipped (no way it could've happened in the two minutes that had gone by since I made the order), the lady on the phone insisted that I have someone else wait for the package for me if I could not. After a few minutes of going back and forth, she got upset, told me that I had the choice to either send the package back, or keep it, and then HUNG UP ON ME!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are liars, they are rude, and they are disrespectful to their customers.
I will absolutely NEVER use this company again. WORSE customer service ever-STAY AWAY!!!"

"These guys are dimwitted scam artists. I ordered a product and they sent me a cheaper version with no explanation. Turns out they didn't have the product I ordered, yet still continue to advertise it! I returned the item and three months later they still haven't granted my refund. When you call the service department, you usually get an answering machine. Then every issue has to be emailed by the Rep to the warehouse, which means the customer has to wait another day for any hope of an answer. The Reps are either in the dark, or are playing dumb. All problems are blamed on the warehouse. Calls are often not returned. Suggest you shop elsewhere."
"Placed an order on the 20th of June. The company had no problem charging my credit card but when it was time to send my product after 3 weeks, I had yet to receive an email from them or my product. After several emails, I just received one telling me that my item was cancelled because it was out of stock. The itme being out of stock isn't the real problem, the real problem is that it took over 3 weeks to let me know that they don't have my item and had I not emailed them asking for the status, who knows when if at all they would have contacted me. Now I have to keep my eyes open and make sure they give me my refund. Avoid this company like the plague, they employ very shady tactics."

"I didn't want the product because of the mistake by UPS and just told UPS to send it back to the seller. I got an RMA that same day. It took me a month and a half to finally get a response about my refund. It's very difficult to get a hold of them and they don't call back when they say they would. I would be aware with this company.
