"Couldn't be happier with this canvas print! Excellent options for customization & it's easy to navigate the options. Directions are clear & detailed. This item is made with quality canvas & crisp color for background & print. Being able to enter my own text in the customizable lines makes this so much more personal than pre-determined quotes & lettering. Amazing turnaround time for creation & delivery of the item. FLAWLESS EVERY TIME!

"I stumbled upon Personalization Mall a few years ago when I was looking for a Christmas ornament featuring a family with an expectant mom. They were one of the only places that had one and it was absolutely adorable to boot. I have since ordered personalized items from them many times - lots of ornaments, dishes for the grandkids, photo cups for the class I teach… They have always been flawless, good quality, and arrived when stated (even on a super rush order). They are honestly my “go to” first stop when looking for personalized gifts now. I would 100% recommend them. "

Graduation gift

"I was told shipping would be 2 to 3 days after placing my order on April 27th-2022. Then I get an email stating that it wouldn’t be delivered until May 3th or 5th. I will never order from here again. I could have gone somewhere locally if I had known this. "

Defective Design and Personalization on Finished Product

"Flawed Imprinting on Bowl - Do Not Buy

The bowl I received had severely shrunken graphics and personalization. It neither came close to matching the online photo of the product ad nor match the same bowl I had purchased previously.

I sent photos of the defects to their Quality Assurance Department, which was useless. They avoid any responsibility for their defects, stating: "This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department." I had to get a customer service supervisor to approve a refund as a "one time courtesy" to avoid me contesting the credit card charge. They refuse to admit their mistakes.

They feel that their photos of products do not have to correctly reflect the product you will receive. Avoid them at all costs or expect frustration. No integrity at their Quality Assurance Department.

Photo shows new defective large bowl (skinny printing of design) vs. previous small bowl purchased and designed properly (that one matched their ad). They claim the design wraps the bowl but it barely covered half of the bowl's circumference. So compare the last two pics: the defective product they tried to pass off vs. the ad they have on their site.

They lost a customer. I am okay with mistakes. But when this company's "Quality Assurance Department" tries to pass its mistakes on to the customer, then it is a business that lacks integrity, in my opinion, and they do not earn the trust of customers. Save time. Save disappointment. Save abusive customer service and corporate bureaucracy. Shop elsewhere. Just my opinions and recommendation.

Crappy, Cheap Candles

"I ordered 24 "mason" jar candles (for $143.00+) that included a personalized sticker for the lid as giveaways for the guests at my mother's recent Celebration of Life service. The labels were faded and dull, appearing as if the printer was low on color ink. The candles lacked fragrance (suppose to be vanilla), the wax was bubbled, and the inside of the jars near the rim were cloudy with a wax residue, not clean, clear glass. The candles were old, as if they had been stored in a hot warehouse for a very long time. I complained and sent pictures. Personalization Mall indicated that the labels "matched the labels advertised" and further requested that I individually photograph the issues with each of the 24 candles. Unreal. When I disputed with PayPal, PM wanted me to return the candles at my expense. Hassle. I just trashed them. I was too embarrassed to even just GIVE them away, they were so cheap and damaged and old. The grief of losing my mother was only further exacerbated by this huge rip off."

Don’t Buy From This Company

"I received an item ordered through this company which was broken. I called customer service who stated there was nothing they could do on their end to rectify this issue. Literally when I took it out of the package it was broken. I’m not one to write negative reviews but had to this time to save other people from wasting their money. The customer service representative was also rude abd not willing to help."

Not fast turnaround and bad customer service

"Horrible customer service. Their website lies. It's not a fast turn around. Could take weeks to send out and when you inquire, they say soon because they have no clue. I regret using this company. Don't use this company, look and buy elsewhere. You will be grateful you did. I sent multi emails and called and no one knew nothing about my order or when I could except it. They don't reply to email and when you call they are just rude to you."

Customer abuse by their Customer Service Representative

"If I could give this company less than 1 star, I'd do it. One of their customer service representatives named Mary, called me crazy during the call. I called to inquire about approximate delivery date of my order. Then I thought about it and since it was a gift but was not arriving on time, I called again to cancel my order which is when she said "Oh man! I had this CRAZY lady call me twice today!" and then hung up on me. How can a customer service representative abuse customers like this!

I'll never order from this company which employs idiots like this!

Hate you guys still

"Bunch of liars and THIEVES!!!!! I got something for the mother in law. Never got it. The company sent it to the WRONG place then tried to make me pay a reshipping fee because they f’d it up. They NEVER SENT ME A THING!!! And it’s been months since Mother’s Day. I am going to go to EVERY review site and leave a HORRIBLE REVIEW! This place is trash"

"Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with. I ordered a personalized cutting board as a Christmas Gift for my mom and the product that showed up looks nothing like the product advertised on their web page. I requested a refund and was denied. I left a negative review on their web page which they promptly removed for no reason. It was an honest review with no curse words, etc....they just decided to remove it because it was one star. I just filed a BBB complaint today. Stay away from this company."
