What am I supposed to do with Christmas cards that NEED TO BE MAILED on 12/23? And, they sent out the order with NO ENVELOPES. Who sends out Christmas cards without a friggin' envelope. It's very obviously a necessary part of the card giving experience. These were not only Christmas cards, they were a Christmastime announcement of my wife and I expecting a child. RUINED. LAME. "Beware that previews look different than results, and nothing is returnable. I got a canvas that turned out with little contrast in darker areas and they refused to do anything about it. I've been buying canvas prints from multiple vendor with no such problem.

If this is "manufactured correctly" as they claim, then it must imply their products are simply of inferior quality to competitors."
