DISGRACEFUL, DISGRACEFUL, DISGRACEFUL.....THAT ABOUT SAYS IT ALL

"I ordered personalized gifts on December 6th. On December 12th, I saw that my items were sitting in York PA. Today, December 22, 2020, they are STILL sitting in York, PA. On December 16th, I called and spoke with a nasty representative who told me that they had fired the shipper because packages were "missing" and advised that I would be issued an immediate refund. Guess what? No items arrived, tracking shows them STILL sitting in York, PA and NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and a complaint with the BBB. Do yourselves a favor, folks. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY COULD NOT POSSIBLY CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS, LIE ON THE PHONE AND REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR MISTAKE OR OFFER TO RE-MAKE THE ITEMS AND SEND VIA NON-THIEF SHIPPERS. Disgusting company."

BUYERS BEWARE

"There needs to be an option to leave ZERO stars because this company is horrible!! I ordered 4 personalized glasses on Dec.6th. I received my package on December 15th but upon inspecting the glasses I immediately noticed that there was a crack in one of them. On that same day I emailed the company with pictures asking them to redo the glass. I have called multiple times but their phone is turned off. I have emailed 3 of their email addresses only to receive an email on December 17th stating that a rep will reach out to me soon and that my order will be sent by Christmas. BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY I received another email stating that they will do the remake but it will not be sent until AFTER Christmas!!! Yet when u look on their website, they are STILL offering Christmas delivery with expedited shipments! Since I have received that email I have reached out again multiple times but to no avail. This is ridiculous!!! Their lack of communication and customer satisfaction is deplorable!!!"

Unprofessional

"Whomever you train to answer calls teach them to be respectful. Said item will be delivered to P.O. Box lies. I called and was told it would arrive 8/18 lies, now 8/25 lies oh I understand the CoVid part. The nasty agent Elia(if that’s his name) was AWEFUL. Going to say what do I want him to do about it. Then I ask for a supervisor they don’t have any? Someone will call me back well still haven’t heard from anyone. This was a birthday day gift and yes it missed the date. The way this rude person spoke he got the wrath of me after his tone became worse by the call. I ordered quite a few things from them and got better service than I did today. No telling when I’ll get this item because this person could care less. If you don’t deliver to P.O. Box make that an option on your checkout to say so. Fix your customer service to handle calls. "

Should looked at the reviews first!

"I ordered 8 of the slim can holders. I couldn’t even begin to get a slim can, or slim bottle into them. When I called I was told that they had received multiple complaints like mine and had tested the holders themselves. “After multiple uses they will eventually stretch out.” How can I use them multiple times if I can’t even use them once?! Terrible customer service and horrible product!"

Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Product

"I uploaded pictures for a shower curtain until their system stopped giving me warnings that I needed a different picture. Then it showed a preview and the preview looked fine. What they shipped me was horrible. It was blurry and looked nothing like the picture I uploaded. This place is a scam. Then they refuse to give me a refund even though I proved my case by sending pictures. This place is a ripoff! I’m telling everyone I can along with putting reviews of this place everywhere. I am also contacting BBB. I received a response from personalization mail to look for a reply in my email. I still have not received any type of reply from them. Doing further research this company has bad reviews all over the place. I should have looked at reviews before I ordered from them."

"Very disappointed in the quality of the 50x60 blanket I ordered. This was for a birthday gift, and couldn't get any help from their customer service but, a 20% discount, which was a big seven dollars. I have ordered many times from this company, NEVER AGAIN. Overcharged for my item and refused to refund me!

"This website is a scam! They overcharged me for an item. I sent them their confirmation + the Paypal receipt via email and after 2 weeks with no response I call them.
The person who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional told me that I should contact Paypal, because it was their issue, not Personalization Mall!!
10 years using PayPal and I NEVER had any issue, and one purchase from Personalization Mall I get this terrible response.
This site is a scam!! Do not buy here!!

Horrible customer service

"I placed my order on 11-5-19. The items I ordered, 2 memorial canvases, had a 1-2 turnaround time. Later that day, I place another order for a wooden plank with a 1-2 day turnaround time. 2 days later, I placed another order for another memorial canvas. The wooden plank shipped out within the 2 day turnaround time, as did the second order for the memorial canvas. However, the 1st order I place for the 2 canvases hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service who acknowledged they received my email, but didn't answer my question on when my order was actually going to ship. 6 days after I placed my order, I opened a dispute with PayPal asking the company to please cancel my order and refund. The day AFTER I opened my dispute, they shipped my order. A few hrs after recieving my shipment confirmation, I see another email from the comany. It was from a lady named Kay who claimed, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and that if I didn't contact her or another lady named Sharon, they would open a fraud investigation with my local police department. First off, there was no "chargeback". If anything PayPal may have placed a "hold" on the payment until the issue/dispute was resolved. Secondly, no one ever reported my charges as "fraud". Thirdly, I could've have kept my dispute open and rejected the package when it arrived and still be within my legal rights. However, I'm not a problem customer or thief, so as soon as I saw my package had been shipped, I happily contacted PayPal to let them know. Anyways, I received my package of the wooden plank today and when I went to the company's page to leave a review, they now have my account locked and it all it shows is, "Federal WARNING!
You have been identified as a criminal attempting to commit the Felony of credit card fraud. We have already notified the FBI, Secret Service and the (local) police department.
These agencies will not only be investigating you at current ip address of: (ip address listed here) but more importantly the investigation will focus on the occupants at (home address listed here)." All of this because I opened a dispute with PayPal. So, all and all, the company has their money and they make threats with no legal leg to stand on. If the company doesn't like being held accountable for their actions, poor quality, etc., they may not want to offer PayPal who offers buyers protection. With all that said, the wooden plank I received was actually pretty nice and I have no complaints there. I will update here once I receive the canvases, as I can't leave a review on their website. I, however, will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone because their lack of professionalism. Esty and Things Remembered are 2 places who offer similar items with GREAT customer service.

Waste of money

"So I ordered a product the very next day it went on sale I tried to get a credit they wanted to give me a store credit when clearly that is not spelled out in their policy the woman on the phone wanted to argue with me I am just going to tell you they are third-party contractors do not waste your money skip them go to ask day also there is a number of complaints with the Better Business Bureau if you have an issue please file a complaint class action lawsuit"
