"I ordered 2 products. Website was a little confusing. I got a call about my order. When I called back, I was connected to Member Enrollment although I didn't know that. I was told that for $50/yr, I would be paying significantly less for the products and was told that it would be about $40. Since the request from the call said it was about my order, I made the assumption that it would apply to my current order. I did agree to the membership. I called back when I didn't see a price adjustment come up. This rep said that I had gotten a sale price that was no different than the membership price. So, I really didn't need the membership if I shop when they have sales. I told her that I felt that I had been misled and that I would not have agreed to a membership if I had known this information. She said she would forward my complaint to management but I have not seen my credit card being issued a refund for the membership price."

"I placed an order for an RX food and treats. Same brand, same formula, same vet. PetcareRX only verified the treats (which my prescription was actually for the food). I didn't know I needed two prescriptions for both even though everything is the same except one is food and one is treats. Common sense would be to approve the food and not the treats since my dog can't survive off of treats (and again, the RX was for the food). I called and emailed customer service and received different answers but in the end, they said they couldn't fulfill my food order because the treats were already approved. If they sent me the food order without re-verifying my prescription, the vet board would be flagged.
I told customer service that they were already in the wrong because my original prescription was for the food, not the treats and it was fulfilled. I will never use Petcarerx againg. Go to Chewy.com. They're service is unmatched. "
"PetCareRx did an excellent job handling my order, dealing with my vet, and then delivering faster than expected. The only downside is a somewhat misleading email they sent requesting I call them to clarify an issue with my order. When I called, it was nothing more than an attempt to up-sell me a subscription service. That felt deceptive because of how they worded the email. Other than that, PetCareRX came through."

"Had a bad experience. Had a blood pressure prescription pills that was not getting verified and I was the one calling the vet then calling pet care rx.. the vet telling me they never received the fax..petcare rx telling me they did.. like a ping pong ball..then days go by and no one is following up. Nothing is happening..no updates. Took more than 12 days for this to ship and then I complained because to ship would be another 5 days and if they could expedite it for free since it took so long.. they did not. They said they are not responsible and would charge me. I have experience ordering from chewy and never had this issue. They were really good at following up with the vet and pushing things through and updating the client regularly. I trusted pet care rx to deal with this but it took forever with no updates on what the issue was and me calling for more than three times. Peace of mind is important when it comes to meds being on time. Very unsatisfied."
