Unfortunately once the product arrives in Northern Utah it spends two to three days at a Fed Ex facility in North Salt Lake City before making the final 60 mile trip to my house. UPS never sits on deliveries like this.

"The process was marketed as simple and convenient. It was everything but. They tried reachingnout to my Vet by Fax. Nobody uses fax machines. Then I told them I could send the scripts digitally. They said I could physically mail them. Nobody uses the mail anymore. They are an online merchant but are using fax machines and physical mail. I waited for 2 weeks to process my order with no luck. I canceled it. Services are not as advertised. I would go elsewhere."
