"I’ve been using pet care rx for almost a year now, no issues until a few weeks ago. I received a box of someone else’s dog food with their packing slip info inside the box but my address on the outside of the box. Called Thursday morning when I got it, rep I spoke to was nice but couldn’t help much at all other than ship out replacement food & not rushed/over nighted because I was out of food for my dogs at this point. Said my new dog food would be delivered by Monday & that was the best she could do. Asked to speak to a supervisor, they are all in “meetings” until they closed & not one person in the company is available to talk to me and will have to call me back. I heard nothing from anyone until I called back Tuesday. They claimed they called me Monday & left a voice mail @ my cell phone number, I received nothing, I find it very hard to believe I missed an entire call & voice mail some how. The supervisor I spoke to was short, unapologetic, & acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I had to buy 3 5lb bags of dog food at $20 a piece (total over $60 with tax) & she was able to give me a $30 credit which took over 20 minutes on the phone with her/on hold to get it but I was appreciative and thanked her for her help. It took 5 business days for the replacement food to get to my house. Now fast forward to last week, I went to use my $30 coupon/discount for my others dogs food, a 24 lb bag of Purina pro plan that is retailed at $91.99 a bag on your website without being a pet care plus member, I pay 2x monthly for the benefits of being a pet care rx member & pay about $70 a bag for my dogs food as a member. When I went to check out I could only use the pet care rx discount/membership price (that I already pay for) or use the $30 discount off the retail price & not the pet care rx discount together. I called & spoke to a rep who was also short & unfriendly, she asked a supervisor if I could use the $30 coupon with my pet care rx discount & I was told no. I also let the rep know a normal bag of this food at PetSmart is $78.99, NOT $91.99 & the rep was nasty & said “okay and” so I hung up. I ended up using the credit to get rid of it & I will never use pet care rx again. I have never experienced such consistently bad customer service. The service is not worth the money when I can drive 1 mile down the road to PetSmart & still get a better deal & great customer service. "
