"What I wanted, I found with PerCareRx at a very good price. Ordering online was as easy as others and my package came quickly. My only concern was the communication efforts of this company. While package was in transit I received a voicemail asking to call back. I did call and left a voice mail in return. I thought the need from them was about my order. Then I received a cute postcard to request I call. I did with no answer. If received emails with request to the same. I think this all is some type of marketing strategy. This incident it the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars for what I said in the first lines above."

"My senior cat needed a one-time medication. I found what he needed on this website for a competitive price (a few dollars cheaper than my vet's price), so I ordered it. The order process was easy, as was the prescription verification process. I was called by a sales rep from PetCareRx, by phone, who tried to get me to sign up and pay for a yearly membership to the website. This would be great for anyone who has a pet that's on a long-term/indefinite prescription, but with my boy just needing this one-time thing, I kindly declined and that ended the call. After my cat's medication arrived, I received yet another call (which I did not answer), and it was a sales rep (yet again) wanting to follow up with me about my cat's prescription (probably another attempt at membership or maybe a review). I was a bit rubbed the wrong way by the second call; an email asking for a review or any comments/concerns is much more optional. One call is all you need."
