"We ordered a certain kind of dog food and then what was delivered wasn’t that kind. I called customer service and they told me they would send out the right food and then someone would let us know what to do with the bag that they sent us first. We didn’t hear anything and then all of a sudden UPS showed up to pick up the bag. I also called back to see when the bag of food that we ordered would get delivered because I didn’t get any emails and they said they refunded the money and didn’t order a new bag. Very little communication. "
"Products are great, prices are fabulous, the issue lies with their customer service department. First off there is no way to cancel an order on your own. You must contact customer service and have them do it for you. This is a problem considering their live chat feature is nonfunctional, it takes hours to get somebody on the phone and even longer for somebody to reply to an email sent with high importance. I have my dogs food on auto ship and had realized he was going to run out before the auto ship was set to deliver so I put the auto ship on pause and just ordered a bag with some other items I needed. Less than a week later I see a bank notification pop up that I knew immediately was the food on auto ship being charged anyway. This was at 8:30am EST, I immediately got on the website and attempted to find a way to cancel my order but like I stated above, there’s no way to cancel an order on your own. So I hit the live chat icon and was met with a blurb about it being offline and please contact us a different way. Having experienced the nightmare that is trying to get somebody on the phone there I sent an email with high importance saying that the order was processed in error and I needed it canceled immediately. Then spent over 30 mins on hold with customer service before being told by an automated voice that a rep would call me back when they were available. Over an hour later I get a return call but it was too late as the order had shipped less than 20 minutes before she managed to call me back. To add insult to injury another customer service representative replied to my email that I had sent at 8:40am nearly 6.5 hours later in the middle of the afternoon saying sorry nothing we can do your order shipped at 10:10 this morning and then proceeded to get snippy with me when I expressed my frustration with their pisspoor customer service response and the lack of any way to cancel an order on the consumer side. If the prices and savings weren’t so great especially with a large breed dog I would never use this service again due to the absolute nightmare that is dealing with their customer service team."
"I have no complaint about the service or price, but I will never order from them again because they called me three times trying to get me to sign up for their paid discount program. It was offered when I placed the order and I said no. They called before I got the order, and I said no again and not to call anymore. They called a third time and I asked them to please stop bothering me. They offered to put me on their "do not call" list but at that point the damage was done. I'll pay a bit more not to be pestered. I do not like high pressure marketing techniques and I don't want to pay for the privilege of getting a discount on future orders.
