I was told they had to confirm with the warehouse that the product has a safety seal. I understand that they needed to confirm.
I called back two days later and spoke with a very rude woman. The first agent was rude as well and never called me back.

"I placed my order for prescription dog food on August 28, 2023. I have a script from my vet but it was a printed copy from 11/22 which is good for a year. I received an email from you stating that you have requested a script from my vet. I waited for 10 days and still nothing from you. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who said that you have called my vet several times for a script but haven’t received and she told me to call my vet and get the prescription sent to you. So the ball was back in my court. I have never had that happen to me before by your company. I called my vet and was told that PetCareRx had only called one time and they requested a prescription so they sent them the old one. I never heard from you again until I called . There’s a shortage of Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Small Dog Dry food everywhere. My hope is to order from you for quite a while. I just was not happy with the service I received from you this time. It’s not what I was used to. I’m still waiting for the food and I think it’s ready to be shipped. "

"After 5 tries (I opted for a call back and they would call and hang up after one ring), I got ahold of a woman in customer service who told me that they emailed me 6 delivery updates when this was not the case. I had received 1 email upon purchasing and nothing after that. As she was speaking, the email she was referring to miraculously came through for the first time:) (aka someone finally sent it). She told me that the tracking number was there (extremely rude during our conversation). I advised that I had gone to their website to get a status update and that it still read “order pending” 7 days after I had placed the order. She didn’t care and just said to look at the email she just sent. We got off of the phone. I clicked on the tracking number (also tried copying and pasting on the fed ex site) and got an alert that there was no corresponding shipment. I give up. My cat is out of an Rx food that is not available within 100 miles of where I live (& is currently not available elsewhere online) and she has stage 3 kidney failure. Customer service should at least not be horribly rude and give the wrong information. I still have no idea where the shipment is or if there is one. "
