"I have used this site a few times and never had an issue with it until my most recent attempt. I enrolled my cat into petplus, but my dog who passed away two years ago was some how also enrolled. To make it worse they were unable to renew my cats prescription with the vet. They kept telling me I needed to take my cat in for an exam. However when I called the vet they wrote the prescription and gave it to me, as the cat is up to date on his visits. since they can't take a scanned copy of the prescription, I have to mail it to them delaying the order of my cats prescription food. The process was annoying and not time saving. I decided to just purchase the food from my vet because I can pick it up every four months and it is about the same price.
