At least 1 a day. The selection is limited & they keep pushing to join their club. Not cheap, either. I unsubscribed from their emails & received TWO emails, sent 5 minutes apart from this "Reseller Ratings" asking me to take this survey. Seriously, I'm done. I have other resources for the pet items I need. (And the smiley face at the end says this is a great story with comment quality. This should tell you something. If you already have a place? Stick with it.)"

Several days later they said they were waiting for rx from vet. Why?? I had refills! Several days later they emailed they heard from vet and were preparing to ship. Several days later they sent an email saying they were out of my antibiotic and could not tell me when I would get my script. I called to ask when I could expect it and Rose said she would check and call me back. NEVER HEARD BACK. The next rep was ride and of no help. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks!!!!!! At this point I can tell you I will never order from you again. I don’t care if you have the lowest price, the incompetence and callousness of your staff is not worth any savings.
