"I was offered a 1-yr. Free petTx Plus membership which promised hige savings on petmeds. Forst transaction was fine. Save a little over cheapest outside seller, not that much, but more than PetRx would have charged without the membership. Second order - they showed me the discounted price as what I would be charged, then charged full price anyway (more than competitors) cuz was for a different pet (I have 4, but only listed 2). Turns out that for the trial, you can only get meds for 2.
When I complained initially and said "cancel" - deceptive - "Miles" simply replied "okay."
Then receieved another 1 yr. Offer qt a defferent e-address, qnd a differt rep offered a deal similar (can't rember if for 4 pets - doubt it. I have found that even WITH the discount I usually find cheaper prices elsewhere."

"Looking for a toy for my dog. The picture has 5 toys in it and the description is plural, stating it comes in assorted colors, which I took as the 5 different colors pictured.
The title is singular toy, so it arrived as 1 toy in a random color they pick.
Great price if it was the 5 I interpreted it as. Overpriced for the 1 they sent me.
Had to talk to 3-4 customer service agents before it was resolved. Of course they understand it as 1 since they’re the company but, for the consumers looking at the site, it’s deceptive. Beware!"

"I ordered two different flavors of Happy Howie's 12" Sausage. The photo showed 3 sausages (on each page of flavors and the titles were plural. I received one sausage. I called wanting the other two sausages and I was told, "I can see how that is misleading but you get only one sausage" and they would fix the page but not send me any more sausages as advertised. I just checked and they now show a package of two sausages in their photo and still have a plural title. They have added single treat in parenthesis but I would still look at the photo of two in a package and consider "single treat" to mean one package. Why not picture the correct item so no one else is deceived. I also had the same experience on a difference order a few months ago."
