"I ordered with enough time to not run out of my dog's Cardalis for CHF. I wasn't informed for 3 days that my vet had not responded to authorize the Rx. I ended up having to call my vet and my dog went without her Rx for another 3 days after running out. When this had happen with a competing company prior to this experience, the competitor overnighted the Rx at their expense so my dog would not go without. I'll be sticking with that company."
