Called the vet, they said they were getting faxes, verified their fax #, and sent an email back to customer service with the correct info. They said they had tried to call and left a message. The time they had called was after they had closed for the day. Going on the 5th day when my vet still didn't have anything from them, I cancelled the order."

Several days later they said they were waiting for rx from vet. Why?? I had refills! Several days later they emailed they heard from vet and were preparing to ship. Several days later they sent an email saying they were out of my antibiotic and could not tell me when I would get my script. I called to ask when I could expect it and Rose said she would check and call me back. NEVER HEARD BACK. The next rep was ride and of no help. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks!!!!!! At this point I can tell you I will never order from you again. I don’t care if you have the lowest price, the incompetence and callousness of your staff is not worth any savings.

"PetCareRX served to be a worthwhile service in my instance where we needed dermalone for some skin irritation—something I’d normally get my our Vet’s office but we’re out of state for the summer. Our Vet cooperated by issuing the prescription when called by PetCareRX.
Service was very good and PCRX called to confirm details; my only star downgrade was for for the timeframe to complete, mail and get the product. If something was more urgent, I’d advise a local veterinary source.
But it’s great that the service exists and that the customer service is thorough."
