"Normally I receive great service but this last time I was not happy. I usally receive phone calls each week reagding something or other from you. With this last order nothing and I didn't realize that there was an issue with the order regarding Belle needing to go to the vet before it could be filled until I finally called and was told an email had been sent. I found the email in my spam folder and it had been there for over a week. so I scheduled belle for her visit and then called and had to do this all over again. So the orginal order had to be cancelled then I had to redo, and there was an issue with that and so on. Finally got the order placed but during this time, I lost out on the rewards from Rakutan, which might not be alot to you but it all adds up. I haven't decided yet if I will continue to order her meds from you. I just don't understand why I didn't just get a phone call"

I called about this and the staff person said that 3 was all they had. They were nice enough to refund me for the 4 items I didn't get and also my shipping. At other online stores, if they don't have the inventory they let you know at time of ordering. PetCare RX should figure out how to do this also. Now I'm hesitant about ordering something again. "
