"One of my kitten's medication was out of stock since the August 27th but nobody reach out to tell me or to check how to proceed. Since the order medication was available I thought both were on its way. I wad trying to get information since the 31st after realizing the Furosemide did not ship. I had to request an update via email again on Monday 2nd to finally get a response on the 3rd the medication shipped actually on the 5th and I have been out for 2 days, and still waiting on today's delivery. I paid for 3 days delivery, thinking I had plenty of time to get it. It shipped the same speed but already late. Not the right call. It should have been overnight, Chewy would have kept me in the loop, check if I could wait until they got the med and overnight it... Your service should have the very least contact me directly to check my options, I would have paid to get it overnight even if I wasn't at fault. Very disappointed, my cat needs his meds, this is not buying toys that it can be delayed without repercussions. And after emailing my dissatisfaction I got an email just escaping the date you got and shipped the med. Terrible. "
