When confronted, they claimed their "fine print" allowed them to charge a different price with no notification. It took me multiple calls to get a proper refund on the higher amount charged. Beware of their predatory practices."

"Do NOT link any credit card on their site. If your first default payment doesn’t go through for some reason they will confirm it anyway and then charge whatever other credit/debit card you have saved without your consent. I used my default credit card, it went through, then they took another form of payment I did NOT authorize because they said it didn’t go through. They took money out of my checking account that I did NOT have instead of emailing/call me regarding another form of payment. How they can do that, without your consent is beyond me. When I asked why they would do that they said they wanted to make sure that my order got out to me no matter what. Doesn’t seem legal to do that. Nowhere on their site does it state that if your first form of payment does not go through then they will use whatever other form of payment you have linked on their site. Do NOT save ANY forms of payment on their site! Stay away!"
