I opened the package to confirm that the product was hot. Because they are open I can't return them, despite them being useless. So now I'm out $100, and have a bad relationship with PetCarRx and also question if they resell bad products that have been returned. "

Other online pet supply dealers do not hesitate to replace or refund and never ask for pictures. It was like going to small claims court for 13 cans of dog food. Ridiculous!!!"
