"I joined because my employers offers it as a benefit and I figured it would save me some $$ compared to chewy. After all is said and done, my savings are equal to what is taken out of my paycheck monthly for the benefit. They ship cans of food with no safety measures, unlike chewy who always includes cardboard or paper to cushion items. I had a case of hills cat food come and 4-5 cans were dented. They would only replace the two that had actually been popped open compared to chewy who would send a whole new case at no cost. I'll be switching back to chewy purely for the customer service, this site doesn't save me any money at all. "

"I placed an order on a Sunday & paid for 2-3 day shipping expecting it to arrive by Wednesday or Thursday that week. It took me calling Pet Care Rx on Wednesday to make sure it was en route and they said that they called my Vet for the prescription to be filled but my Vet did not receive the call nor did they leave a message if they did call. I made sure they spoke to my Vet and then they said it would be shipped out that day (Wednesday). It was not shipped out until Thursday and didn’t arrive at my home until the following week on Tuesday. These are CRUCIAL meds for my dog and I had to order them elsewhere while I waited for the meds from PetCareRx. I am giving them another chance and will re-order from them as their prices are very affordable, but really hope this does not happen again! "
"I received a notice that my item was delivered. However I didn’t see it by the door or in my mailbox. I messaged Petrx and was surprised at how quickly they responded being it was after 5pm on a Friday. My mailbox is poorly marked so it’s not the first time something was delivered to wrong address. Even tho Petrx wasn’t the delivery service, they suggested checking with the neighbors and if I couldn’t find it they would send out another item at no charge.. and sure enough it had been placed in the neighbors mailbox. Anyway, I feel like that was great customer service. Immediate response and assurance that I would get the product that I paid for. I intend to continue using Petrx based on this experience."
