"I called so many times regarding the prescription I ordered. My order was processing five days later then when I ordered it. I called customer service and was told they had talked to Jennifer in my vet's office. The rep said she was told that they were still waiting for the vet's approval. I called Jennifer and she said that was not true. That the authorization was sent back to them the morning before. I called customer service back and explained the situation again. I was then told that the prescription was approved, and I would receive it shortly. I still didn't have it five days later.
