"Normally I don't have any issues but I was extremely upset by my most recent order. I ordered 30 Apoquel pills for my dog but only received 16, even though the order said 30 and even the bottle said 30. I do have to say the customer service team was great and immediately hopped on it. They quickly approved another order for the missing 14 pills BUT....it happened again. This time, 2 pills were missing. As I'm writing this review, they are sending the remaining 2 pills and I am awaiting their arrival. Not bashing the customer service, they were amazing. But im disappointed that the pharmacy messed up the order TWICE. It's really not hard to just double check the count and make sure it matches. Needless to say, I will give them another chance but I'm hoping this doesn't happen again."
