"Placed an order on 12/25. Online it showed as 'shipped', email showed "preparing fulfillment". I sent a request on 12/29 about the status, received an email that the order was re-shipped and showed a higher total. Had to call, was advised that the order was sent to "fido" (warehouse) and on 12/27 Petcare was notified that "fido' declined the order. Interesting it was 'reshipped' after I reached out. But it wasn't really shipped on 12/29... my expected delivery date, not for everything I ordered, is 1/10. 16 days after I placed the order. Customer service talked in circles and weren't helpful at all. Then I get a call from a 516 area code, asking me to call them about my order. When I called there voicemail say you've reached the refund line and to leave a message. I thought great, now what. I called back and they were soliciting me to see if I wanted a year free something... I was dumbfounded and when I questioned them they just played dumb... I could go on but I will leave it at - I used to use them years ago and now I remember why I stopped and will never ever ever use them again."
