Was told it was in stock on December 22nd - questioned again on December 27th (was now told they don't stock the item it is shipped from the manufacturer) . A label was created on December 30th and nothing on tracking since and my dashboard shows shipped. Well it obviously was not - How do I know? the manufacturer shows that it has been on backorder for a month!!! Obviously no customer service of marketing skills."
