I told them to keep me ordered so as soon as they get it in they will fill my order. Never thought it would be so hard to get since it cost a fortune!!

"I ordered one style pet carrier recived a different one. When I called to complain I was told their ware house hadn't updated the picture. I returned it and although it was their mistake they would not cover postage which was $43 !! Called a number of times and received the same explanation " we don't refund postage " It was their responsibility to atleast inform me of the mistake on their end before sending me what I didn't order. And the fact that they didn't, they should have covered the postage on their mistake."
