"I will not be using this service after this experience. I ordered meds for my companions in plenty of time before they would run out and all on the same day. My boys meds are got seizures and the importance of them being given in a timely manner are of upmost importance. Although i take responsibility for reading my email of them delivery date, they didn’t come when i was told they should have. When i called customer service, i was told that they could do an emergency pick up at a local pharmacy. I did as instructed and when the pharmacy called, we found out that the PetRX division that handled the local pick up was closed! This was extremely upsetting! Even with the pice being lower, i am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this company. After i make sure all my babies meds are safely with a local pharmacy, i am going to close this account. "

"My employer offered this as a benefit. I thought there would be more products to choose from. It seems a lot of popular brands are always sold out. I ordered puppy food and waited a week for it to ship, which never happened because come to find out by me calling customer service, it is out of stock. Because of this, I dont trust ordering my dogs food because its too important for me to depend on petcarerx to deliver. The only plus is treats and toys are cheaper than other pet suppliers. I dont know if that is truly worth the monthly cost out of my paycheck for the next year though "

"I have 2 very picky cats that only eat certain kinds of wet food. I jaf ordered their favorites off here and was excited I found it in a case of 24 cans. When it came I was greatly disappointed because it was not correct and when I Bert an in touch with customer service to get it taken care of I was told I had gotten what I ordered an the order was correct but it was not. I ordered White meat chicken and veggies in a CLASSIC sauce blue label and what I received was white meat chicken with peas and carrots in a SAVORY BROTH!! Just because they are both chicken primavera does NOT mean they are the same. The box of 3 flavors fancy feast medleys that has the classic sauce kind also was not the right kind either, I now have over 50.00 worth of food my cats won't eat and they won't refund my money or let me return it even tho the factory seal was never broken. Will not be ordering again."
