Ordered a refill for the same thing and I ended up needing a mail a physical copy of the original prescription, weeks after I originally placed the order. Luckily the prescription wasn’t for an emergency but their outdated method for obtaining prescription confirmation (they originally wanted a fax lol) cuts into the convenience of their service. "

"I have had a mostly great experience with PetCareRx as a Pet Plus member. PetPlus has allowed me to save money in the level of hundreds of dollars so far. I only wish - hence the 4 not 5 star review - that everything I could ever need were available through PetPlus and PetCareRx. Some supplements and drugs I have to get at the pharmacy that aren't covered by the program but are needed for my dog. Still, for anything PetCareRx sells..... with a PetPlus membership.... it has always been the best price. Always. Not sure the price is best without PetPlus, though. "
