They notified me that everything was good and I should receive it in 5 to & business days. After 7 business days I had not received notice it had shipped but was told by customer service it had. I told them there was no tracking number associated with the order like there had been in the past. They said the vendor had shipped it. After 10 business days, I asked them to check with the vendor that they drop shipped it from. Later I called back to find found out they had canceled my order without notification by phone or e-mail and credited back my card. My cat needed this special food. I placed an order with Chewy.com and got the same food within 2 days. "
