"My order was marked “shipped” at PetCareRx but I received no actual shipping notice or tracking data. After a week, I called to follow up, and the next day the package was actually sent out for delivery. I have no information explaining why my order was not fulfilled until I followed up - maybe the product was out of stock, or maybe there was a communication breakdown between PetCareRx and the supplier, or maybe the order just fell through the cracks.
My previous orders all went smoothly, so maybe this is a one-off. And PetCareRx customer service did their job admirably - the order was shipped promptly after they took up the case. But it would be better if PetCareRx could identify anomalies like this and follow up on them so that the customer didn’t have to.
I suggest a third-party order should have a status of “Pending” rather than “Shipped” until there’s tracking data from the supplier. That way, an automated system could flag any order that had been in “Pending” status for more than two days and put it on a customer service queue for follow-up."

"Shipping took longer than expected. I got 2 packages. 1 was delivered correctly to my home address. The other sat in my post office for a week due to not being able to be at the post office while they are open (8am-noon) due to work. The post master was finally able to place my package in a parcel locker when 1 came open. This meant I waited a week for my litter box pads, my Breeze litter box pad tray was FULL and overflowing just about waiting to get the pads. Shipping should be more efficient. And both packages should have been delivered via the same method."

Placed my order and in a couple days called them because I didn't get a shipping notification. Customer Service said it was all ready to ship, but wasn't sure what the hold up was. After another few days I got a email saying the feeding station was out of stock. "
