"I had a horrible experience and NO CUSTOMER service skills at all, No apology to ME the customer or try to keep me as a customer, I was looking for these treats for my cats that they only eat. And because of supply chain issues lots of retailers are sold out of this item. So when i saw it on PetCareRX website i was excited and order 5 packages to find out its the WRONG flavor of treat. When i reached out to customer service, there reply was "We spoke with our warehouse manager and the product you received was the correct item" After i explained that i have pictures of the difference of ingredients and even spoke with Purina the makers and they in fact said its 2 different products. Just the fact they i had to go through this and when i requested a return they said, when we receive the unopened product we will give you a refund. Thats NOT how you handle business and customer service. They had FALSE product headings then you receive another product. DON'T TRUST THIS THEM. "
