"From the first interaction with them, it was terrible. I was called from a worker who was clearly too sick to work. She could barely get through her sentences. When she got on the phone she started to sell me a membership from a script - here's the thing, I already had the membership. She asked for my code and I had to repeat it...9 times. Because she was coughing through the entire call and couldn't hear me. She then said that we needed a prescription for my pet's meds and I said that's fine, my vet has it. The company continued to FAX the vet's office at a number that did not work. Then they said that the prescription couldn't be verified after days. So I reached out to my vet, got the document and shared it with them via email. They proceed to tell me that they cannot accept it via email - it has to be mailed to them (even though they had previously requested it VIA FAX). At this point I told them to kick rocks - my puppy had gone 2 weeks without medications because of them. Then, they tried to blame the vet in which I told them that that's insane to blame another company on their terrible practices and customer service. People's pets are like their kids. Unreal. Use them if you don't care about your animals. "
