"I can’t begin to say how disappointed I am with this company. For the almost full year I was a PetPlus member, I have enjoyed nothing but stellar service. Prompt deliveries, immediate refunds for when items suddenly had become unavailable after an order was placed, pleasant service reps on the phone (for what I see now were easy questions). The moment the situation got more complex, however, is when the ugly underbelly came out. I had been visiting my mother for about a week and a half. I had my two dogs with me and wanted to make sure that their usual PetCareRx food, the only food that they’ll eat now, would get to my mom’s on time. 5-7 days after shipping was what was promised. About 5 days before my departure I called to make sure package was still on its way. Was assured it was. A day before package was set to arrive I get an email saying my order was shipped. It had the same items from my previous order but had a different order number. Apparently something happened with their shipping vendor and they had to reship the order. Problem with that was that I was no longer going to be at that address in less than 24hrs. I did not get a phone call or an email telling me of this Re shipment. I called and spoke to yet again another helpful and kind attendant who apologized for the mistake and tried to call the shipper herself but was unsuccessful. I told her that I had tried to access My Premium UPS Account and that the tracking number wasn’t even registered. She suggested to check the website later and it should be updated, and if not, it should be on next morning at the latest. Next morning, nothing. An entire day and a half passed until an update from UPS and then a little while later, from PetCareRx. I tried many times to call UPS and to change delivery address on the website with no luck. I even drove 30 mins to my closest UPS store was told that the only option was for my mother to refuse the package. If she wouldn’t be home, carrier would then leave a “I missed you I’ll deliver later” sort of notice that had some sort of code that would allow for a reshipping??? Well, my mother was not home, no note was left, and there is a 50 pound bag of dog food and processed meat outside in the Savannah sun. Here’s the best part, I had also been in communication with PetCareRx the whole time. As I said above, once the situation became complex, all semblance of professionalism or human courtesy went right out the window. Immediately referring to the above shipment to my mother’s house… Representative Jessica S told me I should my 84 arthritic barely able to walk mother haul that 50 on bag to the post office. She can’t do it? Then she suggested a family member do it. impossible. Out of room but this remains unresolved. "
