I received an initial email stating they had issues getting approvals from my vet, even though the other prescription in the SAME ORDER was approved and delivered right away?? Unfortunately, in a year I have had only a few good experiences - otherwise it's a mess every order. It has taken up to 3 weeks for something to be approved and shipped when all they have to do is call my vet directly and get approval right over the phone rather than using the obvious failed fax system. These meds are necessary and it's beyond frustrating how hard it is to just get them shipped. I am not pleased with them and will not be renewing my annual membership. "
