"Signed me up for auto ship when I did NOT ask for it. Call me every 2 weeks to harass me that I have a refill ready to order when I have 2 months of pills left and then auto ship it to me anyway. Do not read my emails. Called my vet even though I mailed in the subscription before I placed the order, so the prescription was on file. Left a voicemail telling me I had a 22% discount available, but when I called they told me that did not apply to me because I had Petcare plus. The voicemail did NOT say that Petplus members were exempt from this discount and they know I have a Petplus account so why call me? Lies, the departments don’t talk to each other. Although most customer service representatives were civil to me, I did have one that was nasty and would not listen to my concerns and put me on hold. I had to call back. As soon as my Petplus expires I am never ordering from them again. I also suggest that you do NOT leave a credit card on file or they will sign you up for auto ship even if you don’t want it. Terrible company. "
"My dog has been waiting and waiting and waiting on her medicine. Finally, I called this morning and was told they repeatedly contacted my vet--who apparently never responded to them. However not once did they contact me. After weeks of waiting I called to see what was going on and they told me they contacted them repeatedly but never so much as emailed or called me. So, I just called my vet and it was taken care of ASAP. They should have let me know proactively there was a delay."

I was told my original order "shipped without a label". I have no idea how that happens, or why it took them a week to figure it out. "

"The product came quickly, but the box was beaten up a lot. The product was small and metal and not damaged, but I suggest reevaluating how you package small items. Be more efficient with box size or use envelopes. My item was fine but I wonder if the boxes were stacked on top of each other during shipping, would that have made another persons package/product more likely of getting damaged (?). I wouldn't want that."
